What we collect

Your name, delivery address, email and phone number, so we can take and fulfil your order.
Payment is handled by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and the last digits of your card, never the full number.
Basic analytics and advertising identifiers (see Cookies) to understand how the shop is used.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

To process your order and deliver it - to perform our contract with you.
To send order and delivery updates - to perform our contract.
To measure and improve the shop, and to run advertising - our legitimate interests, or your consent where required.
To meet tax and accounting duties - legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We use trusted processors who act on our instructions: Stripe (payments), Airtable (order records), Twilio (order texts), and Meta (advertising measurement). We never sell your data.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to run checkout, and, with your consent, the Meta pixel to measure adverts. You can withdraw consent at any time in your browser or our cookie settings.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires (usually six years for tax), then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to certain uses. Email hello@[your-domain] and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

International transfers

Some processors are outside the UK. Where they are, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
