We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. If yours isn't there, email us and we'll see what we can do.
You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return it, and 14 days after that to send it back, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It needs to be unused, in its sheath, and in resaleable condition. Email hello@[your-domain] and we'll send return details.
Once the knife is back with us, we refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Return postage is yours to cover unless the item was faulty.
If it arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we'll repair, replace or refund as the law requires.
