1. Who we are

2. Ordering

By placing an order you offer to buy the product on these terms. We accept your order when we email confirmation. If we cannot fulfil it, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely through Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received payment in full.

5. Cancelling and returns

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and return them within 14 days of telling us. Goods must be unused and in a resaleable condition. We refund within 14 days of getting the goods back. This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

7. Safety

This product is a garden tool with a sharpened blade. Keep it sheathed and out of sight in public, and store it safely away from children. You are responsible for using and carrying it lawfully.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to its courts. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can bring claims in your local courts.
